5. There is no cash equivalent for this offer, it is non-transferable and must be accepted as-is.
6. Gift Cards will only be provided to those applicants who are approved by Capital One and meet the terms and conditions of this offer
7. Applicants will be notified of their approval status by Capital One. Rewards Canada will be notified by Capital One for successful applications at which point Rewards Canada will notify the applicant that they have qualified for a gift card.
8. Gift Cards will be sent be postal mail or email depending on the merchant chosen by the applicant. Rewards Canada nor Capital One will not be held responsible for incorrect postal or email addresses provided by the applicant. Once approvals are confirmed it can take 4 to 6 weeks for the applicant to receive the Gift Card
9. Offer is limited to one (1) gift card per approval.
10.
