REWARDS CANADA'S TOP FEATURES

Now that we have learned that the iconic Delta Hotels Privilege program will be merged into Marriott Bonvoy by 2016 we here at Rewards Canada thought it would be a great idea to look at what Canadian hotel chains still have their own programs. Of course many of us know about the big global chains who are major players in our market so these home grown hotel chains and frequent guest programs have to compete with the likes of IHG Rewards Club, Marriott Bonvoy, Wyndham Rewards and more!

This guide highlights these programs with a general overview of how many hotels they have, how points are earned and how they can be used. We also touch upon elite status if the programs have elite tier levels and point out any other benefits that really seem useful from each program. At a minimum with some of the programs, you should join them no matter what, even if you only have one stay as like with the global chains membership brings certain benefits like free internet, late check out and other perks simply by being a member.

Finally, here on Rewards Canada we may preach about all the benefits of the large hotel chain programs on a near daily basis and no doubt many of us have benefitted from them tremendously but we encourage you to try out these hotels and their programs to show your support of our Canadian based hospitality businesses.
